Casa tipica olandese Amsterdam-area

I have a very nice, tipical Dutch, dike-house in the South of Zaandam, 10km.from Amsterdam. There is free parking, a direct busconnection to A'dam, and the station is about 10min. away (by bike).

The house is furnished, (eventually we can take it out) has a kitchen/living 2 bedrooms and a basement, which can be a living-, study- or bedroom. It has a deep green garden on the south and a sunny veranda.

Ho una casa molto carina, tipica olandese (Zaans dijkhuis), a 10 km. da Amsterdam, in zona tranquilla, esattamente nel sud di Zaandam. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, cucina, soggiorno e un altro piano semi-sotterranio da utilizzare come soggiorno o stanza da letto.
C'è un giardino molto verde e veranda soleggiata!
Parcheggio gratuito davanti a casa. Linea autobus vicino che ti porta ad Amsterdam in 10min. Statione 10min in bici.

La casa si libera a metà Marzo.

€1200 per month/al mese (Escl.gas-acqua-luce)
